The elements of the local materials in Chalkidiki (stone, wood, reed) are mixed with modern lines to produce a balanced result that ensures comfort and supreme living environment. The ensemble harmonizes ideally with the combination of pine green and sea blue. The design unites the interiors with the exteriors, creating a single living space in which the daily life expands with freedom of movement and views.

The seaside complex Roiteia is located in the A.U.TH. Professors’ Settlement in Vourvourou Halkidiki. It develops in a plot of 7.000m2 just in front of the magnificent sea of Sithonia. The provision of design and respect for the natural environment has allowed for the qualitative setting of 18 detached villas with private garden and view to the sea.
